Dr Stavroula Bibila
Stavroula started her teaching career as a Further Education lecturer before progressively moving into curriculum and programme leadership roles in Higher Education. She made the transition into work-based learning and degree apprenticeships in 2018, and remains committed in empowering students on experiential learning courses through offering them high-quality learning experiences that are practical, purposeful, relevant and transformative.

Dr Trevor Gerhardt
Dr Gerhardt is a specialist freelance in Work-Based Learning and an active research and publishing academic, teaching across several international universities. Prior to academia, he had a background working in the third sector as a community leader, strategist, curriculum and programme development and CPD officer. He has held positions as an associate professor, programme director, project and academic lead, and director of studies. He has a national and international recognised specialism in work integrated learning (WIL). Dr Gerhardt is a TEDx speaker, a network convenor for the Working Life and Learning Network of the European Society for Research on the Education of Adults (ESREA), a Regional Editor for the Higher Education, Skills and Work-Based Learning Journal, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has his own YouTube channel and runs a WIL podcast.

Dr Joanne Gosling
Dr Joanne Gosling is an expert with a proven track record in the design and implementation of Degree Apprenticeships and other Work-Integrated programmes. Working mostly within Business and Creative Industries, Joanne has designed and published practical models and guidance to help employers and educators in creating and implementing impactful programmes and employer led initiatives.

Prior to entering Higher Education, Joanne ran and led a successful business from the age of 21 before choosing to sell to another local entrepreneur.
